These Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.

Digital Products (VST Plugins) purchased from the Website (“Plugins”)

Ordering: When placing an order for any Plugins from the Website, you will state, specifically, which Plugins you desire to purchase and shall also at the same time confirm to us, at your own risk, your name, email address and selected payment method together with such other details that may be requested at that time from you by us. You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purposes of ordering or purchasing products or services are correct, if there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.

Pricing: The prices stated on the Website at the time of the order shall apply. The prices stated shall be final prices, i.e. they contain the statutory Value Added Tax applicable at the time. For orders outside the European Union, statutory Value Added Tax shall not be applicable.

Contract partner: Your contract for purchases of Plugins through the Website is with Salisbury Plugins. You further agree that email can be used as a long-distance means of communication.

Sale Confirmation: A contract for the sale of any Plugin will subsist between you and us when we accept your order by way of an email to you confirming that we have accepted your order (Order Receipt). That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time we send the email to you (whether or not you receive that email).

Payment: The Plugins shall be paid for in advance. Payment by sending cash or cheques shall not be possible. Payment shall only have taken place when the corresponding amount is credited to us.

Refunds and Exchanges: Due to the digital nature of our Plugins, all sales are final. However, we offer refunds or exchanges under the following circumstances:

• Technical Issues: If the Plugin you purchased is found to have technical issues that cannot be resolved within 14 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please contact our support team at support@salisburyplugins.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
• Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong Plugin, you may request an exchange for the correct Plugin. Please contact our support team at support@salisburyplugins.com within 14 days of your purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that gift cards, promotional items, and free downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable.
