Salisbury Plugins License Transfer Requests

A request form is to be used for requesting the transfer of ownership of a Salisbury Plugins product license to another registered user on the Salisbury Plugins website. Please read the following information carefully before proceeding.

Important Information Regarding License Transfers:

  • You may transfer ownership of a product license to another registered user on the Salisbury Plugins website after it has been registered to your account and the administrative fee has been paid.
  • You may not sell partial licenses or any authorizations.
  • The cost of the license transfer administrative fee is USD $6.99, and processing may take up to 3 business days.
  • Before submitting this form, you must remove your copy of the product from your computer, server, and any other backup device or service, or otherwise render it unusable.
  • You must inform the new owner that the product and license remain subject to the Salisbury Plugins End-User License Agreement, which can be found here.

To initiate a license transfer, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Salisbury Plugins account.
  2. Navigate to the Support page on the Salisbury Plugins website.
  3. Select “License Transfer.”
  4. Follow the provided links to pay the License Transfer administrative fee.
  5. Complete this License Transfer Request Form for each serial number you wish to transfer.

Please note:

  • Incomplete or inaccurate information may delay the processing of your request.
  • Salisbury Plugins reserves the right to refuse a license transfer request at its discretion.
  • Once the license transfer is complete, you will no longer have access to the product.
  • The new owner will be responsible for registering the product to their account.
