  • Technical Issues: If the plugin you purchased is found to have technical issues that prevent its proper functioning and cannot be resolved by our support team within 14 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.   • Incorrect Product: If you receive a plugin different from the one you ordered, you may request an exchange for the correct plugin. Please contact our support team at support@salisburyplugins.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number and a description of the incorrect product received.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards purchased from Salisbury Plugins are non-refundable.
  • Promotional Items: Products received as part of a promotional offer or giveaway are non-refundable.
  • Free Downloads: Free plugins or demo versions are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Refund Process

If your request for a refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

Exchange Process
